In the fourth quarter of 2020, one of the largest automatic control equipment companies in Taichung came to ask us about European standard nylon corrugated tube with UL certification. The customer is professional to design and produce CNC control systems and is also the only UL-qualified manufacturer in Taiwan to supply products to the TSMC US factory (Arizona).

The end-customer needs UL certification requirements for all materials, but most of agents are only certified for raw material and nylon corrugated tube is not certified. And the customer needs the corrugated tube to be with high toughness, wear resistance, weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, flame retardant, UV resistance and other characteristics.

Good Gi Co., Ltd (Taiwan factory ) produces UL-certified nylon corrugated TUBE. It conforms to UL-1696 (Mechanical Protection Tubing) and has passed the test of outdoor weather resistance, tensile strength, flame resistance, and high and low-temperature resistance by the UL certification center in the United States. Also, passed the SGS agency RoHS, REACH environmental certification and meets the requirements of the American Automotive Interior Materials Fire Test Standard No. 302 (FMVSS 302, 49 CFR 571.302), and can protect the wiring from external damage.

After the sample is verified by the customer, the product passed the environmental test, met the requirements, and the size was complete.  Because of this, we assisted the customer to get the order.
